Are you a custom AI software development company?
Not in the general sense. We do custom AI development for internal business systems: tools and AI features that run your operations and connect to the software you already use. We don't build customer-facing apps or train models from scratch. The work starts with a free assessment of one process, so the build is sized to a real problem.
Why build a tool instead of buying software?
Usually you shouldn't, and we'll tell you when that's the case. A custom tool makes sense when the process is specific to how you work, when off-the-shelf options force a workaround that costs more hours than it saves, or when you need one small thing that sits between systems you already own.
Who maintains it after launch?
We do, under the terms in your written proposal. The tool is built small and plain on purpose, with rules in configuration rather than buried in code, so changes stay small. Nothing is left running without someone watching it.
Can the tool include AI?
Yes, where a rule can't do the job: reading free-text, classifying requests, drafting a first version for review. Every AI step carries a confidence score and hands uncertain cases to a person. Where a rule works, we use the rule.
How small is small?
One job, done well, for the people who do it every day. A few screens, not a platform. If the first version proves useful, the second version adds what the team actually asked for, not what a roadmap guessed.
