This policy explains what information Right Flow AI collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to this site only, not to any systems we build for clients.

Information we collect

When you submit the Workflow Assessment form, we collect what you provide: your name, company, work email, job title, company size, and a description of the process you're asking about. We don't require any information beyond what's on that form.

We use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics to understand traffic to this site (pages viewed, general location at the country/region level, referring source). This analytics tool does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To respond to your assessment request and schedule a call.
• To understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve the site.
• We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

How it's stored and shared

Assessment form submissions are delivered to our team via email and, where applicable, a lead-tracking tool we use internally. We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) to operate this site; those providers process data on our behalf under their own security practices.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete information you've submitted, or ask what we have on file, by emailing iz@rightflowai.com.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
