Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Right Flow AI collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to this site only, not to any systems we build for clients.

Information we collect

When you submit the AI Assessment form or the contact form, we collect what you provide: your name, company, work email, job title, company size, a description of the process you're asking about, and any availability you choose to share. We don't require any information beyond what's on those forms.

We use analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Vercel Analytics records pages viewed, general location at the country or region level, and referring source without cookies. When enabled, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics record how visitors interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling, time on page, and, for Clarity, anonymised session recordings with typed form input masked. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. None of them are used to identify you personally, and we do not sell the data.

How we use it

• To respond to your assessment request or question and schedule a call.
• To understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve the site.
• We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

How it's stored and shared

Form submissions are delivered to our team via email and, where applicable, a lead-tracking tool we use internally. We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) to operate this site; those providers process data on our behalf under their own security practices.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete information you've submitted, or ask what we have on file, by emailing iz@rightflowai.com. You can limit analytics by blocking cookies or scripts in your browser, and Google and Microsoft each publish opt-out tools for their analytics services.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
